Moms and moms-to-be from across the Wabash Valley are going online for friendship,
fun and old-fashioned get-togethers.

February 16, 2007, Wabash Valley, Indiana and Illinois - A revolutionary website,
ValleyMoms.com, is connecting moms and moms-to-be from across the Wabash Valley.
With a click of the mouse, women of all ages and interests are finding the
friendship, advice and support they've been looking for.

Launched in January 2007, ValleyMoms.com is Wabash Valley's first virtual community
that's open to all women who are mothers or would like to be mothers, and the only
one giving members opportunities to meet in real life. Whether they are trying to
have a baby, planning to adopt, are pregnant, or are already mothers, all members
gain a free support system that's available any day, at any hour. Owner Ashley
Campbell says, "We have many mothers whose children have already grown and left
home. I consider them a huge resource for the younger moms as they have already
'been there, done that'."

More than a virtual shoulder to lean on, the website provides live chat sessions and
will soon offer real life playgroups and other get-togethers. "vMoms is a great way
for me, a stay at home mom, to meet other moms in the area without leaving the
house," says Kayanna, a member from Vigo County. "I love being able to talk about
things with other moms and get their advice on things and give advice to moms, too.
We can talk about everything on here."

Campbell, who has ran an online parenting board for over three years, desired more
social interaction with mothers in her own community. "I wanted more friends that
have children and know exactly what I'm going through," she says. When she realized
that there wasn't an easy way for Valley women to connect, Campbell decided to
create her own. The website offers three free membership levels, but a paid
membership gives more access to arcades, photo gallery, journals, and - most
importantly - real life gatherings such as playgroups.

Online safety is foremost on Campbell's mind. While acknowledging nothing is 100%
secure online, she does her best to stay up-to-date on security measures for the
website and keeps members informed on how they can keep themselves and their
families safe on the Internet. As a safety precaution, paid members submit an
application with their fee so Campbell knows exactly who's signing up.

All mothers and mothers-to-be living in the Wabash Valley are invited to visit
www.ValleyMoms.com for more information.
